How does our process work?
Each product is created especially for you after an order is placed.
We operate on a Print-on-Demand model, which means we do not maintain inventory. Instead, we begin processing and production as soon as the order is placed.
β³ How long does it take?
The process takes place in several stages:
1οΈβ£ Production
After placing an order, the product is made especially for you.
This process, together with delivery to our warehouse in Bulgaria, takes an average of up to 10 working days .
2οΈβ£ Delivery to Bulgaria
Once we receive the product at the warehouse, it is sent to a Bulgarian courier with offices throughout the country.
Courier delivery takes up to 2 business days .
π¦ Total delivery time
The average time from order to receipt is about 15 days .
π We are working on faster delivery
We are actively working on optimizing the process so that in the future the delivery time to the warehouse will be significantly reduced. Our goal is to reach the total time of 5 days or less .
